Richard Crosby, Managing Director, has 30 years of experience in corporate and private finance, in a wide variety of industries. His areas of expertise include investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, business strategies and financial planning systems, as well as the analysis, due diligence, structuring and closing of varied transactions, involving both debt and equity.
Mr. Crosby has participated in the formation of several companies and has served in numerous senior management roles for domestic and international, public and privately held companies. He has represented buyers and sellers of over 150 companies, in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Mr. Crosby received a B.S. in accounting from the University of California at Los Angeles, he is also a California Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Broker.
